"My experience with Cleveland Quick Sale was better than I'd anticipated. I live out of town and the home became too much for me to manage. I received a post card from Josh and I usually ignore or shred them but this time I decided to call, I figured what can go wrong? The most he can say is no, thank you.
I dialed the number, Josh answered promptly and I explained my situation with the home, gave him the address and immediately he'd looked it up on his handheld device, haha. "We attended a seminar on "flipping" about six years ago. We were not really interested in "flipping" but to diversify geographical our real esatate holdings. It made sense to buy property with already in place rental management. In practice we got disinterested (mildly put) property managers. The first one was fired and the second abandoned the property.
